Tesla and CEO, Elon Musk have purchased $1.5 Billion worth of Bitcoin to add to their balance sheet. This news comes after an official filing with the SEC. Elon musk has recently been tweeting very often about Dogecoin, and also about Bitcoin to a lesser degree, and now it is official that Tesla owns Bitcoin. In addition, Tesla has announced they will accept Bitcoin payments at a future date.
