Bob begins his review of ATHLEAN-X by explaining that before he started the program, he wanted to lose weight. Having eventually done so, he had no idea what the next step was. It was then that he discovered Jeff Cavaliere and his ATHLEAN-X program.

Over the course of 90 days (following AX-1), Bob ended up losing an additional 30 lb! This process allowed him to get lean and get fit by torching his fat and boosting his muscles. As you can see in his before & after pictures, he packed on the muscle and the definition to go along with it.
